As part of Finance Operations, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on the information needed by senior leaders that will enable them to make key decisions during our transformation. Your day-to-day work will support the creation of tools, frameworks, dashboards, and communications, working in a highly collaborative team and across corporate and market-level functions.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provides financial support on performance tracking to help field operators meet growth targets & commitments, manage FTEs and control non-workforce expenses
  • Prepares monthly financial and operating reports with the ability to summarize results and explain variances in a clear and concise manner
  • Generates various reports of financial and operating data as requested by senior leadership
  • Collects and maintains potential synergy and integration initiatives and tracks value impacted
  • Supports forecasting & budgeting process on workforce items and collaborates with field operators to review FTEs / workforce planning
  • Manages the communication, financial analyses and presentations required for real estate capital approval process
  • Support ad-hoc special projects/analyses and produce financial models relating to IPA & Group Operations strategies, Clinician Services, and all other areas with financial impact on staffing and operations
  • Efficiently prepares high-quality PowerPoint and Excel deliverables to support executive reviews and update regional market performance
  • Identifies and recommends process standardization opportunities
  • Willingness to learn; takes initiative
  • Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate our company's commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care, and concern with each internal and external customer
  • Uses, protects, and discloses our patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis concepts and principles.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in related area or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience within finance in healthcare
  • Experience with Essbase; Anaplan; or Hyperion

California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $67,800 to $133,100.
