Outpatient Therapist (Licensed)

Full-Time Days (M-F, 8am-5pm)

Starting salary: $70,720/annually, +DOE

Position Summary:

The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient programs (IOP) including, but not limited to: administrative functions, utilization review, assessment, discharge planning, group/individual therapy, case management, and other duties related to delivering a successful program.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.

Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year experience in a psychiatric health care facility, outpatient mental health center, or other equivalent mental health setting with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. Outpatient experience highly preferred. Combination of education, licensure and experience and/or student internship hours may be considered.

License: Must possess licensure in the State of Colorado as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Additional Requirements: CPR/BLS certification and Handle with Care. These certifications will be offered during New Hire Orientation if applicant does not currently hold.
