As our Employee Experience Technology Lead, you'll play a key role in reimaging the employee experience across global programs and processes. Serving as a liaison between functional and technical teams, this role influences the design of workflows, participates in system design sessions and tests the product, and connects functional touchpoints between systems for a well-rounded user experience.

The Employee Experience Technology lead also leverages strong change management, communication, and project management skills as they work with organizational partners to understand requirements and shape deliverables. The role assesses the size, scope, and impact of the change, crafting change and training strategies and leveraging metrics to maximize user adoption.

Key Characteristics



  • Help build and evolve the HR processes and user experiences leveraging HR platforms
  • Applies knowledge of organizational change management tools and techniques to manage a wide variety of projects, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning and development, and change readiness assessment and analysis
  • Leverage metrics and feedback to provide innovative insights into ways to improve processes and programs on a global scale and streamline user experience
  • Ensure project success, including evaluating technical/functional requirements for completeness as well as influencing the future roadmap
  • Manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a multifaceted work environment
  • Influence across various levels of the organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration
  • Explore common assumptions, rethinking existing configurations, and seeing every challenge as an opportunity for system improvements
  • Drive employee-centric and service minded solutions when evaluating and delivering key processes



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



  • A minimum of three years of solid experience working in Human Resources or related environment with progressive responsibilities in global organization
  • Prior global change management and training experience required; strong oral and written communication skills needed
  • Position requires strong collaboration and influencing skills, proactively partnering across the organization
  • Exceptional customer service focus and experience providing high quality customer support outcomes in high volume support environments
  • Experience with software development lifecycles and process optimization practices
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze information to identify the root causes of problems and proposing realistic and practical solutions to address them based on knowledge and understanding of the global organization and its operating environment
  • Prior HR domain knowledge and experience
  • Technology aptitude and learning ability
  • Ability to independently project manage large-scale, global projects
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide detailed documentation required
  • High level of accountability and ability to work independently



Education & Experience

Required:



  • Associate Degree required. Bachelor Degree preferred in HR or related discipline.



Preferred:



  • Preferred Certification(s): PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, SCRUM, Workday, SuccessFactors SFX, PROSCI, Six Sigma
  • Previous experience leading within a shared services or professional services environment (highly preferred)
  • Experience with agile development, design thinking, six sigma / lean, customer journey mapping, UX design and testing, process mapping (highly preferred)



Working Conditions Can be 100% remote with less than 10% travel annually for key meetings or hybrid
