Job Summary and QualificationsThe Senior Technical Test Analyst manages and performs all aspects of the application and functional testing activities for one or more products. The position requires deep technical skills, the ability to grasp business concepts quickly and experience working in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will consistently strive to learn emerging technologies that would be useful for the job role. Further, this position will require outstanding communication skills in order to collaborate with the project team. Project type expertise includes: Technical, creative, and efficient extraction of related data and analysis techniques to ensure quality for prescribed business uses. Knowledge of different database systems and data relationships are critical in this role. Manages and performs all aspects of data analysis and validation, as well as application functional testing activities for a given effort. Manual and automated test case creation and execution for testing Digital Patient Experience projects related to healthcare. The position requires technical skills, the ability to grasp business concepts quickly and experience working in an agile environment. Creates, oversees and performs all aspects of application testing activities for the Enterprise Message platform including automated and manual testing. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Testing best practices. Mentors and coaches Associate Test Analysts, Test Analysts I & II. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
