Job Summary The School of Business & Information Technology is seeking an Assistant Professor for Information Technology to begin Fall 2024. The Assistant Professor has the primary responsibility of instruction in the classroom for students enrolled in Information Technology courses, as well as ensuring the success and retention of students while maintaining high academic standards. Salary commensurate with education and experience. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related field plus 18 graduate hours in IT. Philosophy compatible with that of a comprehensive urban community college. Teaching experience at the community college or university level. Ability to teach at multiple campuses, as well as teach day and evening classes. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related field and 3 - 5 years industry experience.
