Job Description and Requirements

This internship in is Full Time (40 hours/week) and will start in June 2023 and last for the duration of 3 months.

What you'll learn and do:

Case Analysis to ID product improvements, training needs, process improvements
Case Deflection Initiative (KCS) - how are we able to provide better customer self service. Start with analysis and ID and implement help process improvements
Tools
Develop & improve product log analysis tools
Salesforce Improvements - use staging environment to analyze problems and develop solutions

The Intern would be accountable for developing, testing our cloud-hosted platform. Unite and contribute to the development and design outcomes driving product direction. You will have knowledge in work on Cloud systems, Linux/Unix OS, Java, and database technologies

Skill Requirements:

Programming language and scripting skills (java)
Database skills (postgres)
Data analysis skills
LINUX
Cloud technology skills (ie kubernetes)

Education Qualifications:

All interns must be enrolled in an accredited educational institution. Seeking students pursing BS/BA
