Standard Schedule:

Come and join this dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for the American Red Cross. This is a full-time, exempt position that can be located anywhere in the United States and will work fully remote. Work and hire for an organization where your career is a force for good.

Pay Information:

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000

Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.

What You'll Do:

Our Talent Acquisition Advisor conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Talent Acquisition Advisors performs full life-cycle recruiting including the negotiation and close of candidates. The Talent Acquisitions Advisor is an individual contributor that works under limited supervision and applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate candidates based on employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of candidates.
• Coordinate ratings of applicants and development of starting salary recommendations for hiring manager consideration.
• Corresponds with candidates to include providing company information and notification of employment consideration.
• Maintain and track job and candidate data for compliance to EEO and other related employment laws and regulations.
• Experience managing a portfolio of internal and external client relationships and/or job requisitions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Management Experience: N/A

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work on a team

Travel:

• May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout chapter jurisdiction, state and Red Cross system.

Physical Requirements:

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
