What we're looking for:

What we are looking for:

You have a passion for technology and a can-do positive, pro-active attitude. Your desire to learn and develop are in addition to your strong written & verbal communication skills. You have a good understanding of the software development life cycle process, computer science fundamentals, operating systems, computer networking, and are proficient in one or more object-oriented programming languages (C, C++, Java).

Position Overview:

You will work on a team directly impacting our mission by contributing on a team that owns core services in support of the ShareFile application. You will be part of a team of 5 Software Engineers. We do everything with a team focus, giving each team a goal and letting them collaboratively design, develop and deploy a solution to that goal.We strive to redefine the employee experience by increasing engagement and productivity in the workplace.

Basic Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of experience developing software in a team environmentOR technical bootcamp graduate with professional development experience
  • Solid understanding of one or more OOP languages (C#, .Net, NET microservices, ASP, .Node.js, React or Angular)
  • Understanding of the SDLC process
  • Proficiency with C# or a similar Object-Oriented language
  • Experience with, or a willingness to learn, web development using React and similar frameworks

Work on our Content Collaboration product suite: This is a full stack development role, with a focus on product and features that will drive a delightful and productive client experience. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy applications that matter to our client users.

Customer-Focus: You are an engineer that is well-rounded in the practice of driving innovation and is empathetic to the voice of the customer. You are passionate about implementing functionality in incremental slices of value for the purpose of delighting the customer and driving measurable outcomes.

Collaboration: You will be working alongside a collaborative and talented team of Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers. Shared responsibilities range from targeted research, refining requirements, root cause analysis of customer-reported issues, evaluating risks, and creating well-thought-out designs and implementations.

Continuous Learning: You are a self-driven, enthusiastic Software Engineer with a continuous learning mindset, a passion for technology, and a can-do positive/pro-active attitude.

Drive Code Quality: Embrace and implement best practices and coding standards (e.g., code reviews, logging and instrumentation, static/dynamic code analysis, code coverage, unit tests, integration tests) within the team.
