HVAC Service Technician

You'll be part of the HVAC Service team that servicesheating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment in residential homes. An installer position is fast-paced and is physically demanding.

What you'll do as an HVAC Technician

• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other products, following all safety rules and manufacturer specifications
• Identify, wire, and start-up complete residential systems
• Troubleshoot, recommend, and resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly
• May perform start-ups, testing & recording results for each system during start-up to ensure the system is functioning properly
• Perform proper inspection of system and inform dispatch/customer of any outstanding concerns
• Explain each service and repair performed to dispatch/customer
• Directly coordinate with office for day-to-day work schedule
• Facilitate orders for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service
• Transport parts, materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of assigned items
• Debrief all service(s) provided with dispatch/customer after each service call with respective documentation
• Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out
• Abide by all company standards of performance and code of ethics
• Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates
• Ensure all foot ware has protective floor savers while working in client home
• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

• Be at least 18 years old
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work at heights and use a ladder
• Have prior HVAC service experience
• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Comfortable in small, confined spaces like attics
• Able to withstand extreme temperatures and weather conditions while wearing PPE
• Go up and down stairs
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards
• Able to use a computer for basic tasks
• Communicate and read in English
• Have a valid driver's license and able to drive to and from job sites

Que haras como tecnico de HVAC

• Equipos de calefaccion, aire acondicionado, ventilacion y otros productos, siguiendo todas las normas de seguridad y especificaciones de fabricacion
• Identificar, cablear y poner en marcha sistemasresidenciales completos
• Solucionar problemas, recomendar y resolver/reparar todos los problemas para mantener el equipo funcionando correctamente
• Puederealizar puestas en nuestro sistemay registro de resultados para cada sistema durante la puesta en marcha para garantizar que el sistema funcione correctamente
• Realizar una inspeccion adecuada del sistema e informar al despacho / cliente de cualquier inquietud pendiente
• Explicar cada servicio y reparacion realizada a despacho/cliente
• Coordinar directamente con la oficina para el horario de trabajo diario
• Facilitar los pedidos de todas las piezas requeridas para las citas y garantizar la preparacion para el dia del servicio
• Transportar piezas, materiales y herramientas al sitio de trabajo y proporcionar una contabilidad adecuada de los articulos asignados
• Informe todos los servicios proporcionados con el envio / cliente despues de cada llamada de servicio con la documentacion respectiva
• Inspeccion del area para la limpieza despues de la finalizacion del trabajo
• Mantener el vehiculo de la empresa, asegurando la limpieza y organizacion, tanto por dentro como por fuera
• Cumplir con todos los estandares de desempeno y codigo de etica de la compania
• Mantener un comportamiento cortes con todos los clientes y asociados
• Asegurese de que todos los articulos para pies tengan protectores de piso mientras trabaja en el hogar del cliente
