Position: Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide care for child and adolescent patients (ages 5-18) in the inpatient and residential treatment program.
  • Daily average caseload 12-14.
  • Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges following hospital policies.
  • Monday-Friday schedule with daytime hours and shared call once per month.

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
  • Board eligibility/certification required.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of AK or ability to obtain AK medical license.
  • Meets all credentialing criteria.
