To accelerate our growth among upmarket companies, we are seeking a strategic-minded B2B manager for the BDR Program Manager role. In this high-impact role, you will have the chance to join a dynamic Growth Marketing team working closely with our Enterprise BDR teams to develop outbound strategy and execution framework that generate target account engagement, pipeline and revenue.   • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop inbound and outbound BDR sequences including task types, cadence and messaging via Outreach.io
  • Manage BDR Outreach.io instance, license administration, operations support and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and align on KPIs and reporting structure including: sequence and BDR performance, adoption, conversions to meetings, pipeline and revenue
  • Enable BDR team on Outreach.io platform, expected behavior and best practices
  • Execute A/B tests and use industry best practices to formulate in-depth analysis, insights and interpretation to optimize BDR sequences and messaging
  • Communicate program status to key stakeholders, driving accountability and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in creating pipeline generation programs delivering ideal customer experience
  • Be accountable for driving acquisition pipeline and revenue goals
  • Leverage industry best practices and tools to optimize BDR Prospecting efforts
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in Enterprise B2B Marketing or Sales
  • Successful history in developing BDR sequences and messaging
  • Experience marketing cloud/SaaS products and solutions to large companies
  • Comprehensive skills: Outreach, Salesforce, Gong, Power Point, Excel
  • Experience acting as a liaison between Sales and Marketing teams
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, be creative, efficient and productive
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
