Our Engineering program management group drives program/project development activities and discussions with an exceptionally diverse collection of personalities and ideas. As an iPhone HW EPM you will drive a multi-functional team of skilled Electrical and Mechanical engineers, and will utilize your solid EE/CE/ME background to recognize, assess and communicate cross-functional issues and risks. This will include planning, release and delivery of HW sub-systems like flexible printed circuit boards, development boards or printed circuit boards that are an integral part of iPhone system product development. Key Qualifications Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience. Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong technical background in either EE or ME. Mechatronics background is a plus. Detail oriented Program/Project management experience is a plus. Experience with portable consumer electronics devices is a plus. Experienced in setting up program/project schedules and work breakdown structures. Ability to travel internationally to support builds Description * Lead multi-functional development teams for various system HW sub-systems Flex-PCBAs, PCBAs, development boards * Manage and track engineering development schedules and budgets * Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks * Drive deliveries and issues with global suppliers, integrate their work and schedules into the project, communicate status and the big picture to the project team & management * Synchronize the project with the Apple development process. * As a HW EPM you will empowered to drive the day-to-day activities to meet the overall project objectives focusing on engineering design, development planning and validate well-defined process but may be expected to operate in a loosely structured environment and able to manage ambiguity.
