Salesforce Administrator

Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%. KPMG is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator in Customer & Operations for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-user requests and support projects as needed
  • Implement approved change requests that require configuration
  • Work with help desk to resolve issues related to integrations, from internal applications and 3rd party systems
  • Updates documentation of all configurations and create quick reference guides
  • Partner with product owner and business analysts on Salesforce major release readiness, accountability and testing
  • Provide technical management to offshore admin resources; ensure adherence of SF Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and AppExchange managed apps admin best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience supporting technical requests on a Salesforce platform with knowledge of the business processes required to provide resolution
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred; Salesforce certification is preferred
  • Experience providing platform upkeep, assessment of yearly Salesforce releases (three per year) and relevant AppExchange products introduced in overall solution
  • Proficient Agile skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
