Description
This position will help meet the training and safety organization's need to develop and maintain standards for safety, training, curriculum, and overall organizational success. This individual will become the gatekeeper for all process documentation and deliverables for the construction organization. In partnership with the training team, this individual will help develop curriculum, train-the-trainers, and analyze training completion through data pulls and tracker creation. This individual will partner with the safety manager and coordinators to continue to build on the safety program and maintain standards. In addition, this person will be responsible for delivering monthly updates to the organization about changes or reminders on process information. This individual will be the liaison between engineering and construction to ensure the construction standards aligned with all new process standards for engineering, as well as the quality control coordinator for issues that arise within the organization. The contributions this individual will make to the overall success of the organization will be immense. The organization is in desperate need of a person who can produce analytical data in a simple to consume fashion to help improve processes and drive success in the business. What you will do:

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
