Leidos has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst Level 3 in Fort Worth, TX office. The candidate will support Aviation Property Management (APM) in compiling and reviewing budgets, obligation, and spending data using actual performance, previous budget figures, funding allocations, expense reports, and other data sources to track program funds and provide for proper financial administration. The candidate must be able to interact with different stakeholders located in the US to analyze and understand their unique financial processes to compile and provide relevant data.

We are seeking candidates near the Fort Worth, TX area. This is a local position that requires you to come onsite 2-3 days per week.

The candidate will reconcile data between project authorizations and purchase requests. The candidate will perform multiple financial analyses functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control and reporting systems, collecting data, controlling costs, and preparing reports that maintain and track the APM-200 financials. The candidate will ensure that costs are allocated according to established procedures. The candidate will apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and briefings to management. The candidate will maintain or oversee the control of accounts and financial data in such areas as funding allocation, project authorization, and purchase orders. The candidate will provide support to the FAA Program Manager at FAA Headquarters. The candidate will prepare/assist in the preparation of regular financial reports and/or responses to the FAA Program Office and Office of Budget and National Airspace System (NAS) Program Management Service regarding financial requirements and inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities

  • As part of the CSA Payment Team provide accurate validations and reconciliations of FAA all lease payments.

  • Prepare and attach MOD's to PR's Create and track funding requests. Provide and track FAA lease payments to accounting. De-obligations

  • Utilizing soft skills; track and respond to all customers and lessor inquiries by phone and email messages for payments.

  • Prepare and complete all vendor updates (lessor, bank account, address changes, etc.). Insure all documents are filed in the correct transmittal folders and files. Strong attention to details, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and 4 to 8 years of related work experience or Master's Degree and 2 to 6 years of related experience.

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

  • Strong Financial Analysis experience.

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams, EXCEL)

  • Microsoft EXCEL knowledge and experience preferred.

  • Strong administration and data entry skills.

  • Knowledge of Real Estate terminology helpful.

  • Experience accounting; processing payments and purchase orders.

  • The candidate must be able to deliver with minimal or no supervision, identify deficiencies, be a self-starter, adapt to changes, take the lead when needed, and be an excellent communicator both verbal and written.

  • Requires practical knowledge of the professional discipline, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Has general understanding of industry practices and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience that is "nice to have" but not required;

  • Knowledge of FAA Systems (PRISM, DELPHI, REMS, RITES, RPFMT) preferred

Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 - $89,000.00 - $120,150.00
