Coach, Executive Coach, Leadership Coach- Multiple Locations

SRE is looking for Coaches, Executive Coaches, Leadership Coaches to support strategic initiatives among our SRE clients. The SRE client site locations include:



  1. Bay St. Louis, Mississippi
  2. Cape Canaveral, Florida
  3. Cleveland, Ohio
  4. Edwards, California
  5. Greenbelt, Maryland
  6. Hampton, Virginia
  7. Huntsville, Alabama
  8. Houston, Texas
  9. Mountain View, California
  10. Washington, D.C.
  11. Wallops Island, Virginia


Coaches, Executive Coaches, Leadership Coaches will be responsible for, but not limited to, one-on-one or group coaching sessions to assist employees, teams, or groups in the workplace with professional growth in the areas of improved skills and performance as influenced by changes in the organization, Agency philosophies or other factors. The Coach has demonstrated knowledge of human and organizational behaviors, leadership development, change management, and/or organization design practices and theories. Duties associated with this role may include, but are not limited to:



  • Supporting employees with actions to become more effective high performing employees.
  • Assisting the employee in reinforcing competencies, enhancing performance, and helping to ensure that employees can fully and effectively contribute to the success of the organization's mission and vision.
  • Meeting with clients, clarifying their specific objectives, helping clients embrace their potential for growth and improvement, and developing strategies that helps clients achieve their goals.
  • Facilitating organizational changes, which can involve working with recently promoted executives or managers to help them effectively adapt to their roles, or support leadership and management with effecting.
  • Maintaining adequate levels of coaching supplies and materials to design, deliver and maintain core career development training curriculum, and conduct periodic needs assessments.
  • Designing, reviewing, and analyzing materials and forms for career coaching and other related activities.


Must be US Citizen and Clearable

Skills:



  • Knowledge of human and organizational behaviors, leadership development, change management, and/or organization design practices and theories.
  • Knowledge of organization strategies to achieve organization and team effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of coaching, change management, performance monitoring and business acumen.
  • Knowledge of word processing, database, spreadsheet, and software applications.
  • Knowledge of the principles of management and leadership.
  • Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, such as GoToWebinar, Zoom, and Google Meet.
  • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Skill in writing, effective communication, and use of the English language.
  • Skill in designing, reviewing, and analyzing materials and forms.
  • Skill in organizing, attention to detail, and creating and improving processes.
  • Skill in effective interpersonal communication.
  • Skill in supporting employees with actions to become more effective high performing employees.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to perform expert consulting and technical services.
  • Ability to advise, coach, facilitate, and collaborate with leadership to effect organizational change.
  • Ability to assist the employee in reinforcing competencies, enhancing performance, and helping to ensure that employees can fully and effectively contribute to the success of the organization's mission and vision.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining effective organization.
  • Ability to maintain a harmonious and effective working relationship with SRE employees and federal contracting industry staff.
  • Ability to coordinate work with other Human Resources staff and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
  • Ability to uphold high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • Ability to maintain coach certification.


Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Certification: Valid ICF Credential Coach certification.

Experience: Coach = Five (5) years of related, professional work experience. / Leadership Coach = Ten (10) years of related, professional work experience. / Executive Coach = Ten (10) years of related, professional work experience and Executive Coach certification.

Note: Degree in leadership, organizational behavior related field of study preferred.
