Medcor is looking to hire a CMA, CNA, EMT, Paramedic or LPN to be a Client COVID-19 Assistant at our client's worksite located in Richland / Hanford, WA. This is a Temporary full-time position that will work Monday * Thursday, from 6:30am * 5:00pm, with possible Overtime. The Client COVID-19 Assistant provides support to the Client COVID-19 Coordinator involving coordination and support for COVID-19.

What does a Client COVID-19 Assistant do?



  • Assists and supports Client Covid-19 Coordinator
  • Enters data in Medcor*s database
  • Acts as a general resource to client and employees
  • Assists client with return phone calls to their employees pertaining to COVID-19 possible exposure, symptoms, or results
  • Works with client*s scheduler and Medcor Team to set up *COVID Return to Work* appointments
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Works effectively and relates well with others including supervisors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company
  • Insures HIPPA compliance in all situations.


You Must



  • Be either a CMA, CNA, EMT, Paramedic or LPN and need to provide proof of current certifications / Licenses
  • Have a current CPR certification * need to provide proof of current certification
  • Have at least 1 year of previous medical experience
  • Be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Have strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships
