We are currently seeking a BPO Manager to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Basic Qualifications:

2 years experience managing a team of 10 people

2 years experience in BPO supervision

2 years experience in tracking BPO metrics

Responsibilites:

*Provides supervision to a small or moderately sized team of operational, production, sales, service or administrative personnel.

*Administers policies and guidelines that directly affect team work activities.

*Establishes deadlines for completing assignments.

*Supervised team will generally perform multiple tasks and possess a variety of skills and/or knowledge.

*Oversees department to ensure goals are met and service levels adhere to established quality standards.

*Demonstrates highly developed leadership, interpersonal and client relationship skills.

*Resolves difficult and unique client questions and complaints, through resolution and closure.

*Provides direction regarding departmental policy and procedures.

*Provides expertise and guidance on technical or procedural issues.Serves as liaison between staff, clients, leadership and various departments.

*Strong influencing and communication skills.

*Strong client service skills and leadership capabilities.

*Strong knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.
