The Warehouse Group Lead is responsible for providing the most efficient utilization of warehouse employees, equipment, and resources necessary to achieve the highest potential productivity possible and to provide the highest level of service and quality to our customers. The duties include coordinating orders, motivating the team, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining the warehouse. A Group Lead must communicate daily goals and enforce good safety behaviors by engaging with the overall workforce. Coordinate shift activities, including the assignment of Associates to Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Shipping functions. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
