Digital Automation Industry/Adoption Lead (Remote: Domestic U.S.)

Responsibilities



  • Drive and participates with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Strategic agility and ability to deal with uncertainty and high levels of ambiguity
  • Use technical judgement to drive strategic alignment and program delivery
  • Identify and understand bottlenecks in the system and effectively tackle, including making and communicating tradeoffs
  • Partner with business representatives to assess processes and identify use cases for automation, analytics, and business process changes
  • Keep cross-organizational/cross-functional teams focused on what is most important for the business and the program's success
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through risks, resistance or setbacks which impact program execution
  • Develop program plans and schedules covering all phases of the program lifecycle
  • Provide thought leadership and a continuous improvement mindset to methodically work through problems/challenges
  • Create, enhance, and execute Adoption strategy, communication, training, governance and ultimately turn over for continuous improvement. Stand up business teams to drive adoption of 'automation first lifestyle

Qualifications



  • 10+ years of experience in implementing large transformation projects delivering strong business outcomes for clients and shareholders
  • 5 years strategic planning experience in developing business case to include setting scope and developing success criteria based on costs, impact, and schedule
  • Transformation experience to include modernizing and standardizing platforms, driving out cost, improving client satisfaction and improving system reliability through lean process improvement, business analytics and technology automation
  • Program experience to include developing schedule, identifying risk and success criteria, and managing and tracking program execution
