Assist participants such as the elderly or persons with disabilities. Ensure adherence to safety rules. Assist participants in boarding and/or exiting the van. Deliver medications and/or supplies/durable medical equipment. Function as a member of the IDT and provide participant specific information.PACE specific incumbents for this position require a minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population. Must be at least 18 years of age. Clean and safe driving record required. Must provide a current driving record annually or as requested per management.
