Job Summary

Drive PACE van and transport PACE participates to and from destination. Assist participants such as the elderly or persons with disabilities. Ensure adherence to safety rules. Assist participants in boarding and/or exiting the van. Deliver medications and/or supplies/durable medical equipment. Function as a member of the IDT and provide participant specific information.

PACE specific incumbents for this position require a minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population. Must be at least 18 years of age. Clean and safe driving record required. Must provide a current driving record annually or as requested per management. Ability to read and follow mapping instructions/GPS while concentrating on the road

Qualifications:
