JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities



  • Identify areas for system enhancement or improved efficiency in the various Global HR Technology areas including: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Records, Compensation, and Reporting & Analytics.
  • Work with global HR customers to validate their system requirements, propose solutions and help them make decisions for their global or location business areas.
  • Assist in analyzing innovative technology tools to support customer's requirements.
  • Design and deliver HR knowledge share webinars and tutorials, training in support of HR technology and processes.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of company-wide projects and collaborate with end users within the organization.
  • Ability to create a business case with oversight as needed and develop a proof of concept to promote the adoption of a solution.
  • Research, configure, test, and implement newly available functionality provided by the vendor in an "evergreen" HRMS Cloud environment.
  • Document and maintain the core HRMS configuration, including mapping of key data used by other HR business processes and data consumers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HR System issues leveraging internal and external technical resources as necessary.


Key Objectives

This analyst should be dedicated to translating business priorities into high impact HR solutions. This individual should be analytical and comfortable with technology. The incumbent will be able to provide or learn to provide structure when addressing business challenges. This analyst will interface with all levels of the organization and build consensus around solutions. Most importantly, this person needs to have an open mind about systems and how to use them to improve the organization. They should want to find new and innovative ways to use the tools provided to support their customers in the HR community.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience analyzing data.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing Information Technology to support the business.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Knowledge of HR practices including recruiting and business operations
  • Prior experience analyzing multi-functional HR data using Oracle and/or Excel
  • At least Intermediate level Excel skills
  • Effective communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with both internal and external customer groups
  • Ability to execute system solutions
  • Prior experience with application tracking systems
