Job Description:

As part of the Video Product team at RingCentral, you will be responsible for delivering major new features of RingCentral Video Webinar.

You will be responsible for delivering a delightful and seamless user experience while having a keen understanding of the back-end service for RingCentral Video Webinar. You will work side-by-side with a dedicated engineering team, designers, user researchers, marketers and sales reps to build and deliver products that people and companies love.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of video conferencing and collaboration software products and usability best practices.

You are intensely curious about user and customer behavior. You understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real world problems. You also enjoy tapping the left side of the brain and quantifying your decisions by analyzing data and setting up proper measurement and reporting for each feature launched.

Responsibilities:

  • Product management owner of significant features of the RingCentral Video Webinar

  • Understand and prioritize customer needs

  • Define technical requirements and user experience for features and products

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design other Product Managers on feature definition, development and delivery

  • Work with cross-functional teams on product go-to-market and awareness

  • Define product success metrics and track success of features and products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical background

  • Wicked smart with strong bias for action

  • 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or consumer software delivered via cloud

  • Experience in video conferencing or collaboration software products

  • Experience with browser apps, windows, mac desktop apps

  • Experience creating mockups and wireframes.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI design patterns

  • Highly empathetic with users, customers, and co-workers

  • Positive, team-focused attitude toward software development

  • Effective written and presentation skills

  • Capable of taking complex issues and making them simple to understand
