Licensed Vocational Nurse

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Work Schedule: Full Time - 80 Biweekly Hours

Shift: 8-hour, Days

The Licensed Vocational Nurse under the supervision of the Registered Nurse is responsible for the implementation of the Plan of Care by administering specific nursing care to patients in the home setting.

Required qualifications:

• Completes necessary education to attain LVN Licensure in the state of California.
• 1 year Licensed Vocational Nurse experience.
• Current California LVN license.
• CA Driver's License.
• Auto liability insurance.
• BLS.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year Home Health LVN experience.
• Phlebotomy or IV Certification.
