We are seeking a Product Manager to help build an outstanding software development platform and tooling as the company scales to serve millions more users in the coming years. Within this role, you would use your understanding of what modern-day software developers need and your ability to drive that roadmap as a member of our Infrastructure Product Management team.

What you will be doing

  • Develop product strategy and roadmaps for the infrastructure services powering Slack's core features

  • Work alongside engineering leadership to develop appropriate planning, prioritization, and release management processes to enable us to launch these new features rapidly

  • Drive superb execution against plan, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and the need for frequent and clear communication internally and with customers

What you should have

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including experience working with product developers

  • Experience in one or more of the following: cloud-native patterns and technology, developer tooling and platforms on AWS or other cloud providers, an end-to-end understanding of developing and deploying software

  • Experience building large software systems and a steadfast desire to build and maintain solutions in the large enterprise space

  • Strong systems-thinking mentality

  • Strong technical background and data mindset to help develop and measure impact of a solution

  • Ability to influence people to get things done across any job function
