The Salesforce Global Field Enablement Excellence Ops team is expanding to include a Budget & Resource Senior Analyst to own management of spend, reconciliation and planning. This role will be responsible for partnering with our Global Enablement Operations team and implementing a scalable financial and business partner support model across multiple departments in Salesforce. The primary goal of this role will be to leverage established best practices, scaling them across our organization, and using Budgetforce, a Salesforce budgeting tool, to plan, forecast and execute spend. You will manage to a quarterly and yearly budget across teams, including spend, contractor requests, vendor reconciliations and reporting findings up to our leadership team and greater organization. Additionally, you will develop models for capacity and demand planning, leveraging our headcount allocation and audience data. An ideal candidate has a solid track record of successfully managing a global budget, is extremely organized, has strong communication skills, and can work across multiple time zones.
