We are currently recruiting for an Outside Sales Associate to support the Pennsylvania region. As a member of the Outside Sales team, you are responsible to drive growth and increase our market share with an unassigned and house account portfolio.

Additional responsibilities include -



  • Promote and increase awareness of our capabilities including services, digital engagement, project management and logistics.
  • Develop a disciplined approach to target, qualify and contact key decision makers at prospect accounts.


  • Understand and Advocate for your assigned customers in internal strategy discussions and assist in service recovery.
  • Communicate your activities and keep appropriate sales associates and managers aware of new prospects and activities.


Outside sales experience is not required, however the successful candidate will have five years of industry experienced with a proven track record of success. Strong communication and negotiations skills are a must. As well as the ability to strategically pursue new business at prospect accounts. The desire to work in a fast-paced environment which requires the ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently. The drive to always exceed our customer's expectations is expected.
