This position reports to the Flight Sciences Section in Blue Origin's Advanced Development Programs business unit. As part of a small, hardworking, and accomplished team of Mission Systems and Flight Operations Engineers, you will work closely with space vehicle and ground subsystem teams, leading development of a common ground system product asks throughout the full system lifecycle. Your technical leadership will firmly establish the ADP Flight Operations team's capability to operate advanced spaceflight vehicles. You will enjoy a fast-paced dynamic environment, contributing innovative solutions, while demonstrating personal leadership, technical competence, and attention to detail. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and reliable spaceflight. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
