As a key member of the North America Finance team, the position has company-wide exposure to financial reporting as well as specific business lines. The Accounting Manager will work closely with the Director of Finance and collaborate with members of the global Finance team.

What you'll do:

• Perform consolidation of the group financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for external financial reporting
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate accounting treatment of GL in accordance with US GAAP
• Collaborate with global Finance team to drive efficiency and consistency
• Assist with enhancements to existing processes including the adoption of new systems/software
• Support in preparation of accounting memorandums in collaboration with the technical team of our accounting firm
• Support continued development of best practices in a SOX control environment
• Support Tax Manager in preparation of the annual tax return
• Collaborating with the Company's external auditors on year-end audit and ongoing matters

What we're looking for:

• 4-6 years of experience in public accounting, "Big 4" and top national firms - a must!
• Ability to understand the business environment and apply the relevant accounting principles in simplicity, using practical methods to support the business owner's needs
• Creative thinking and out of the box solutions for complicated processes
• CPA and B.A in Accounting with strong US GAAP skills (MBA - preferred)
• Previous experience in preparation of financial statements for public companies - preferred
• Experience with consolidation of multinational companies with several subsidiaries
• Occasional international travel (Tel-Aviv, Israel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborate with international team members
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; competency in Alteryx, SQL and Macros is a plus
• Reliable, trustworthy, high level of integrity with strong service orientation
