The Salesforce Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) Operations Innovation Delivery team is an integral part of our LCA Ops organization, focused on leading business transformation by driving process optimization, delivering innovative technology and data solutions to Salesforce's Legal and Corporate Affairs department.

The LCA Ops Innovation team is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business System Analyst to support key critical initiatives for our internal LCA business customers representing any of our Legal functions, plus Privacy, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Ethics, Audit and Government Affairs. This role is fundamental in providing deep business analysis, process design, technology solutions and data-driven insights to enable our business to optimize operational efficiencies for high growth and scale. This role will partner deeply with multi-functional teams across LCA, IT, Finance and other functions of the organization.
Responsibilities

  • Lead business systems analysis and process design of internal initiatives representing LCA business functions.
  • Identify, document and validate business requirements and use cases.
  • Analyze and document as-is business processes, policies and tools
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align on requirements and process design solutions.
  • Drive innovative design concepts and documentation of to-be processes, tools and business/system requirements.
  • Hands-on design and implementation of practical Salesforce platform and 3rd party application solutions, partnering with IT where applicable to align on functional practice roadmaps and releases.
  • Use data to drive insightful analysis that helps us best complete Legal and Corporate Affairs important metric objectives and optimization of our operations.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Experience in business analysis and process design (required).
  • Validated Salesforce Platform hands-on configuration experience (required), including relevant experience with ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, CLM and/or Community Portals.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, including proficiency with associated tools, including Salesforce Reports and Dashboards (required), Tableau CRM (preferred), and Tableau (preferred)
  • Self-starter and results oriented with a passion for learning and being curious.
  • Prior hands-on project lead experience (desired)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; able to comfortably communicate optimally at both team and senior management/executive levels.
  • Open mind thinking and ability to flex with change.
  • Customer-centric to build positive working relationships with business partners, teams and stakeholders.
  • 3-5+ years of total work experience in related areas
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
  • Salesforce Sys Admin or other Platform certifications (desired)

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $83,200. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
